As our logo says we've gone 'back to basics' - our 'free range' cattle graze the cliffs of our farm just 1.5 miles from St. Ives. They only feed on grass and home grown root crops meaning there are no delivery lorries which is helping reduce our carbon footprint. As a result of only being grass fed there are great health benefits such as significantly reduced saturated fat, and high in omega 3 fatty acids.

Blas aspires to be an ethical gourmet burger restaurant. We use local, free-range meat, non-pressure stock fish and place a lot of emphasis on veggie (including vegan) options. We recycle everything we can and use recyceld furniture and packaging. Tables are shared and the space is attitude-free. We are proud to be listed in The Good Food Guide and The Lonely Planet 2008 plus quite a few articles in the national press.
